On June 7, I brought The Stinkwater Escapee to the Manitoba Writers’ Guild Artspace venue in Winnipeg for its Season 1 chapbook book launch and media event.
The afternoon included readings from the published book, chapters beyond the book, history behind the creation of Stinkwater, appearances from some of its odd institutions, and the peculiar sort of promotional material one might expect from Ankerton.
